Servicing.
Maintaining currently installed equipment is the best and most cost effective way to keep it working correctly and ensure it remains compliant with the site requirements.
From replacement of small components to strip downs on site, we aim to keep the equipment in a working condition to ensure that full site protection can be achieved.
We offer servicing to all types of fire pump systems such as; Sprinkler pumps, Wet-Riser pumps, Hydrant pumps and Hose-reel pumps.
Engine Rebuilds.
At our workshop we can carry out full diesel engine overhauls to any make or model of engine.
The engines are fully stripped down and cleaned and are then rebuilt using only manufacturer parts to ensure the highest quality can be achieved.
To ensure that the engine is performing as required, before they are sent back out to customers, they are tested on a dyno to check the power output.
Pump overhauls.
When pumps require removal from site due to internal component failure.
The pumps are brought back to our workshop where they are stripped down for a full investigation and replacement of any parts they may be required.
All pumps are taken down to component level and fully checked over for any signs of damage or failure.
Control panels and remote signal panels.
Control panels are what keeps the equipment running, so keeping them maintained is paramount to achieving an operational system.
Our trained engineers can carry out fault finding on existing panels and controllers fit to sites.
In the event that these would begin to fail, we can supply direct replacement or equivalent panels to ensure that the equipment remains operational.
New pump sets.
Whatever the site requirement, we can offer equipment that will match currently or meet with modifications, the required specification. This will ensure that the site meets legislation without worry if their old equipment was to fail.
All new equipment supplied will be commissioned by one of our engineers and will be certified to achieve the manufacturer warranty and guarantee for piece of mind.
